Discover the apartmentsCasa Codasi is a detached chalet with three holiday apartments in a quiet, central, south-facing location on car-free Riederalp. From the house, the view stretches across the Rhône Valley to the Valais Alps.
In summer, the chalet is a starting point for hikes around the Great Aletsch Glacier; in winter, it lies directly in the Aletsch Arena ski area, with the ski slope running immediately below and beside the house. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
The top-floor apartment combines plenty of wood, sloping ceilings and a bright living and dining area, giving it the characteristic feel of a holiday apartment in a Valais chalet. The south-facing balcony is accessed directly from the living area and overlooks the Valais Alps.
The first-floor apartment strongly reflects the traditional character of the house. Wood creates a warm, homely atmosphere; from the living area you step directly onto the south-facing terrace with open views of the Valais mountains.
The bright ground-floor apartment is at garden level. From the living area you step directly onto the outdoor seating area in front of the apartment and the adjoining lawn – in summer, the living space naturally extends outdoors.
Casa Codasi is located at Sigristuschir 3, 3987 Riederalp. Riederalp sits at 1,925 metres above sea level on a sunny plateau above the Rhône Valley and is entirely car-free.
By train or car, travel as far as Mörel; the final stage to Riederalp is by cable car. Local transport services are available on Riederalp for both guests and luggage.
In summer, the mountains begin almost at the doorstep. Hiking, mountain tours and bike rides lead through the Aletsch Arena and around the Great Aletsch Glacier in the Swiss Alps Jungfrau-Aletsch UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The 9-hole golf course and other summer activities are also located in the resort; the driving range is in the immediate vicinity of Casa Codasi.
Stay
Usually Saturday to Saturday; in the low season, different arrival and departure days may be possible subject to availability.

Free Wi-Fi as well as bed linen, kitchen linen and towels are provided.
Children
A cot and high chair are available on request.
Pets
Generally not permitted; exceptions may be possible in the ground-floor apartment by prior arrangement.
